Ginisang Ampalaya at Sardinas is a 100 or less than budget meal that can be seen in every karenderya here in the Philippines, this dish is famous to the Filipinos because of it its full filling yet cheap dish that is perfect with rice.
Ingredients:
4 bawang (cloves), crushed
1 pc sibuyas, diced
2 pcs tomato, diced
1 can sardines in tomato sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ kg sliced ampalaya, rinsed well
2 pcs egg, beaten
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup water
Cooking Procedures:
Saute the garlic, onion, tomato, and sardines in oil.
Add the ampalaya and saute for five (5) minutes. Mix in the beaten egg and cook.
Add the Magic Sarap and pour the ½ cup of water
